Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Southern $tacked! We’re excited to get your order on its way.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Southern $tacked offers a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.00 on all orders, or $15.00 for express delivery.

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Delays
Southern $tacked is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control. If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at southernstacked@gmail.com, and we will help you determine the next steps.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Southern $tacked is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at southernstacked@gmail.com as soon as possible and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
